Life Coaching Example:  CALMING THE MIND

Questions:  First, What is mind? Is your mind a chatterbox?  Do you think too much? Do you want the thoughts to just stop? Do you reminiscence about past experiences more than necessary.

Well, if the answer is yes.  You may want to consider that oftentimes it is necessary to change ones pattern of thinking, and explore the concept of attachment to thought.  In this workshop we will identify and share ways in which to do this.  Habitual behavior, perhaps, may be an avenue to explore. We can help you work through emotional pitfalls that impede a calm mind with Mindfulness Meditation.
